A woman is attacked by a jaguar after climbing a fence near its compound in an Arizona zoo so she can take a selfie.

The woman suffered severe lacerations in the arm and bled a lot.
The video of the incident of a witness showed the woman lying on the ground crying in pain while taking care of her injured arm.
Zoo officials acknowledged that the woman had climbed the barricade and said they were investigating.
“We regret to inform that this evening, before closing there was an incident repored involving a guest who crossed the barrier to get a photo, according to eyewitnesses, ” Wildlife World Zoo said in a statement.
The unfortunate visitor suffered non-fatal injuries on the arm because of one of their Jaguars. At the request of the family, the paramedics were called. The incident is being fully investigated.
Zoo director Mickey Ollson said it is the second time in a month that the jaguar has attacked a visitor.
The zoo said that the jaguar would not be slaughtered.
“We can promise that nothing will happen to our jaguar,” the zoo said on Twitter.

The video showed a deep cut on the woman’s arm.
